Soothing Sleep Tight Bath Salts are lovingly prepared with decedent oils, herbs and mineral rich goodness to help your mind and body in feeling blissfuly calm after a stressful day. All of the dry flowers have been harvested in the peak of last Summer from English meadows in Yorkshire.
We have chosen to add Bach Flower Essences of Oak and Aspen to this blend, which may help in easing any feelings of anxiety, restlessness, overwhelm and exhaustion.
Organic Ingredients:
Celtic Sea Salt, Pink Himalayan Salt, Epsom Salt, Almond Oil and Apricot Oil
Flowers of Chamomile, Marigold , Cornflower & Lavender
Essential Oils of Eucalyptus, Cypress & Lemongrass

How to use:
Place 3-4 tbsp of Bath in warm water and allow the salts to dissolve before entering the bath. For maximum results, relax in the water for at least 10-15 minutes. A temporary rise in body temperature during or immediately after soaking is completely normal and can be attributed to individual stress levels.
